Solved Countdown Command

    Plugin Name:
    Countdown Command

    Commands:
    /CountdownCommand [time] [command]
    (player executes command when time is up)
    NOTE: the time goes by seconds

    /CountdownCommand stop
    (stops/cancels current countdown command)

    Features:
    XP bar countdown display

    Permissions:
    CountdownCommand.admin
    (to use the commands)

    @timtower What about an action bar cooldown indicator? I just need some sort of way besides the chat players can see how much time they have.

    It's XP value manipulation... but I don't know how to do it... I recommend you to make it thought BarAPI, It's simply to make it with it but I don't know how is it with compatibility for 1.8+
