'Could not pass event' and 'not updated properly'

I have two things I really want sorted. First i'll do what TnT says:
Windows 7 SP1
x64
Here's my java

Code:

java version "1.6.0_26"
Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.6.0_26-b03)
Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 20.1-b02, mixed mode)

im using CB#1000
no wrappers

First, i keep getting this when someone is logged in, quite frequently

[SEVERE] Player: ######## was not properly updated during login!
(players name i removed)
this is happening LOADS, from once every 30 seconds, up to 5 times a second sometimes!

also, im getting loads of these types of errors

they both mention BukkitContrib, but other plugins have been in these, citezens, PermissonsBukkit, and MCDocs to name a few. All plugins are up-to-date

Could be plugins interfering each other, maybe some are not compatible. If not tell the plugin author about it :/ Could also be a config error, I had these alot with Citizens tho it was merely a missconfigured config

 

Did you manage to fix this? I have this problem too. But I havn't changed anything in my plugins folder for a long time.
