Question could anyone help me find a plugin or two?

im looking for a plugin that allows me to give custom enchantments to my equipment, such as health +- 20% things like that. and im also looking for something that allows me to spawn mobs with custom armor and custom drops, im also looking for a good health bar. thanks in advance for anyone that can help.

As far as I know, there's CrazyEnchants for the custom enchantments.

MythicMobs has some interesting features for customizing your mobs.

 

will crazy enchants or mythic mobs allow me to do things like + or - %health/damage?

Check the plugins out, and you'll see. I've got no idea.

 

I use https://dev.bukkit.org/projects/health-bar for health bars, works great for me

 

does that change hearts to a health bar?
