(correct way) Kit plugin that is like play.MCPVP.net?!

What I want:
A simple plugin that has the play.mcpvp.net CTF kits so I can use them in my Hamachi server. Love those kits so much but its too hard to create since they have modded stuff like Redstone activation gives like strength 10 for like 3 seconds. or the Engineer class has auto turret.

Ideas for commands: /pvpkits and like a clock or something that can give u an option menu

Ideas for permissions: mcpvp.* allows anyone to use and kit but also mcpvp.archer will give that person only that class so I could then make a ranking system and give people more advanced kits.

When I'd like it by: I don't mind when but just if someone could make it, that would make me sooooo happy!

 

@jadencoin can you give some more info on what the kits are and what they do instead of just saying the server so people know what do do for the kits so if you could please edit your post with the kit names, items with the kits, and special items for the kits
