   I want to copy and paste a block exactly, for instance, I want to copy a sign, then paste it with the same text and direction. I think a BlockState does this, but I am not sure there is a way to move it to a different spot. If anyone knows of a way please let me know. There is a bit of an extra problem. I have to be able to serialize this and store it later, so if you can, make sure your answer is serializable.

   do you want to select a region then coppy and paste or do you whant to right click the block you whant to copy and thain paste it cus i have done this befor
