   I am in need of a plugin that regenerates specified coordinates by using a command in-game or through the console. When certain players who logged off in a certain place log back on, the whole server crashes because it loads a chunk with over 250k blocks of TnT EXPLODING. I need to regenerate that place to get rid of the TnT, but not go there in-game or It will crash the server.

   Try clearlagg or Nolagg to nerf tnt.

   Do you have any back-ups saved? The best way to resolve this would be to simply load a backup of the world, before all the TNT was created.
   
   Programs like MCEdit would also solve it; put the world into MCEdit and remove all the TNT/chunks, and put the world back into your server.
