   Suggested name: ChatCooldown+
   
   What I want: I would like a plugin that has a chat cooldown. So when you type in chat there is an automatic (configurable) chat cooldown message (configurable). I would like the message to have the ability to have multiple lines. I would also like a 1 second command cooldown message so there is a cooldown when you run commands.
   
   Ideas for commands:
   - /cd reload
   
   Ideas for permissions:
   - /cd reload cooldown.reload

   https://www.spigotmc.org/resources/chatcontrol.271/
   
   It has the exact things you want (Chat cool down, Command cooldown) and a lot of other extras.
