Plugin Request Cool Plugin Idea

    Hello!

    Im running a semi-vanilla server, so Im not using a permissions plugin. But, I want to give people good things for donating. So, I want to give them permission to /gamemode 1 and /gamemode 0.

    So, what I want is a plugin that can provide this:
    /permsgive gamemode "player" (Only operators can use)
    Then, the player would have access to /gamemode 1 and /gamemode 0, NOT gamemode 2 or 3.
    Version Spigot Build 1649 - Or Bukkit build 1.7.10. What ever makes your live easier for coding.
