Console error: Could not pass event InventoryClickEvent to Jobs v4.11.1

    Hello, I need help. In my console there is an error that spams the console insanely. I couldn't find any solves for this so I'm asking here. I'm new in creating minecraft server, so I don't understand much about these things. Error message:

    I want to repair it, but I have no idea how. I think this thing even lags my server by insane numbers:
    Can't keep up! Is the server overloaded? Running 17717ms or 354 ticks behind
