Getting about 45k lines of this error:

    http://pastebin.com/Z4DJHS69

(shortened cause PasteBin wouldent let me post all of it.

After that error occured, the console said
"Connection reset" and "Read time out" over and over again.

As I am not too good with Java, I dont even know what the error itself means, so any help would be greately apprechated!

Copy the server to a new folder, remove the plugins and start the copied server.

Check if the problem persists. If it does, try the tool chunkster to check if it's the world that's wrong.
If it does not, try to enable the plugins one by one.

    Regards,
    John

Last time the "read timed out" thingie happened, I removed mcmmo, and it worked again..

Yeah, I might aswell, but the files are just so huge.. takes about a day to transfer anywhere :p

You cant tell anything specific form the java errors then?

Chunks aren't loading/unloading properly This happened to me when I was running on a low-spec server (because it simply couldn't load the chunks) but map errors can cause it too

Well it wasn't low-spec just had allot of other things running ( different game servers for other games) so Minecraft got the bad end of the ram
