Connection Refused

    I have now tried a normal minecraft server and a bukkit server and i instantly get connection refused? I have build 733? what should I do? Ps I deleted all my plugins

    More info is needed.

    Make sure the server-ip area is blank in server.properties. Also make sure you have entered the correct IP into Minecraft WITH the port number you are using.

    Ok what I did wrong, was something was wrong with port fowarding, works now but now when I log on I cannot place/remove blocks and I am an op? Any ideas?

    I imported a map from singleplayer does that mean anything? Please someone Help!
