Question Connection problem between friends

    Hello, I am hosting a server and my 2 friends can connect normaly. But when my friend David who lives in the same city host the same server with his IP, than I can connect but the other friend Thomas from the neighboring town can't. Idk if it's a range problem or something else in David's router or how to solve it ?
