Config file help!

    If you have ever heard of the plugin commandrank I hope you can help me, if you haven't but can figure out how to do this config then thank you! http://dev.bukkit.org/server-mods/commandrank-permissionsbukkit/#w-permissions

    So I need this plugin to be used with group manager and I can't figure out how, I have looked at the config file. So if anyone could help me it would be great! <3
