Question Conecting Servers

Hi, I am looking for the way to connect two servers on the sane domain and different ports, for example, if I have the normal world on the port 25565, and the HungerGames on the port 25566, I need a form to connect this two or more servers, is there any way to do this?

 

For example one would be play.mydomain.com and the other would be hg.mydomain.com? If you're trying to do something like that, check out the video below. It will even show you how to "hide" the port if you're not using the default port, by using SRV records:

 

I understand that this is the domain settings, and thaks for your video I could find what I was looking for, it's Bungee, I don't know if with this plugin I can do what I want, if, so the main question is which plugin can connect this two servers on the same domain?
