Compass working in Nether / The End

    Is it possible to make the compass work in a regular way in the end / the nether, or is this handled client side?

    Ne0nx3r0 I don't believe so. The packet sent to the client to determine where the compass points contains only an x, y, and z, not a world. You could always try changing it while they're in the nether, and see if you get any other results.

    evilmidget38 Well I have, but judging by how quickly the compass jumps around, I assume it's a client side setting. Hrmp.
