Plugin Request Compass Teleporter that actually works!

Suggested Name: TPCompass

Description:
All I need is a Compass Teleporter that works without me having to modify my server config. Every time a player joined the server, they would get a Compass. But if they left and then rejoined, they would not have 2 compasses, they would only have 1. It has to be 1.8 compatible as well. I would also like it to a maximum of 2 slots. Preferably 1 slot. I would also like this compatible with color Codes.

ASAP I have a server to make!

Suggested Commands:
/tpc: The main Command
/tpc setwarp <ItemName> <WarpName>: Adds a new warp.
/tps delwarp <WarpName>: Deletes the specified Warp.

Suggested Permissions:
tpcompass.use Access to the teleport Menu
tpcompass.admin Access to the setwarp and delwarp Commands
