Solved Command to list all commands NOT /help or /?

Hey so every once in a great while i accidentally activate a command that lists all commands for every plugin all in one page of text on my server, it lists them like this:
/god /killmobs /help /enderchest /pumpkins /fireskulls /fireball /kit /enjin /op /deop /lightning /warp /warps /e etc...
That list contians easly over 100+ - 200+ commands
I need that list to learn certain special commands that are rarely listed anywhere else. I've used that list to learn about /tnt /pumpkins /jump /fireskulls /kittencannon and many more commands.
But I can only access it on complete accident

Note: I have tried most if not all single digit keyboard symbols combined with /
I'm assuming it must be less than 3 symbols in length seeing how I accidentally use it every so often any help would be greatly appreciated.

 

are you pressing tab to get that list of commands?

or slash then tab?
