Would it be possible to have a plugin (working with 1.4.6 of course) that makes other plugins delayed ? I currently run a PVP server and it's crucial that people aren't just TP'ing to spawn or to their faction home when they're about to get killed. I got CombatTag which got a "Disable Commands In Combat" feature, but it does not seem to work. Also, Essentials is not an option. I would like to know if a plugin like this exists, and works for 1.4.6. otherwise i feel it would be a lightweight plugin, and pretty quick to make for a seasoned java developer.
