Command Box spending 4s on server load

    Is normal to have an extra 4s extra load on server for each command Box on a world?, I tried it with Bukkit 1.5.2-R0.1 and no plugins and the seconds are added for each command box. I tried it on different systems too but the same result. Why can it be and how can it be solved?
