Filled ColoredTab

Suggested name: ColoredTab, TabColors, etc.

What I want: I'd like this plugin to be able to set colored tab groups. So if I wanted to set a group like "Member" from my permissions file, I could do /ct group Member &7{name} ({Name} as in anyone in the Member group) which would display their name in tab as gray.

Ideas for commands: /ct group (permissions group) (color){name}

Ideas for permissions: ct.group.set

When I'd like it by: Soon would be nice.
