    I think this is a little bit "overpowered".
    PHP:
    ChatColor.translateAlternateColorCodes('&',msg);
    This is much easier ;)

    I got it working on 1.4.7! You have to type after the motd= \u00A7 and right after 7 the letter or number in the color code for example red would be \u00A7c

    Hope this helped :)

    PS: You can do it with the § symbol but it puts that '?' mark in front of the text. You must delete the code thing from infront of \u00A7 . It deletes the '?' mark
