Coin Multiplier/CommandCMD discount

Hey! I was looking for someone to make me a plugin to make a coin multiplier, similar to the one on hypixel. The difference is, that this is for my KitPvP and the multipliers are rewarded to players who have a rank.
The KitPvP plugin that I use is this one:

I asked in there discord if there was a way that I could do it on my own, but they said it was not a feature in the config. Basically, what I need is a plugin that multiplies the coins that you get on kill.
Example:
Kill with no multiplier: 10 coins
Kill with 2x multiplier: 20 coins
Kill with 3x multiplier: 30 coins

Pretty simple, but I do not know how to do it. For reference, here is the current config, but since all, it can do is give 10 coins (there are no placeholders to help with changing the multiplier; let alone allow a permission node)

I also found an archived thread from 2014, however, the download link doesn't work anymore+it probably wouldn't be compatible (https://bukkit.org/threads/coin-multiplier.266666/)

If that is difficult or this would be easier, there is a price to buy a kit and to do so I use citizenscmd, so if there is a way to make a discount that would work as well.

For example:

Champion kit default: 50 Coins
Champion Kit with rank: 50% off: 25 Coins

Does this plugin supply it's own currency or do you have another currency plugin?

This is the plugin

/mm - To reload the config - Permission: moneymultiplier.admin

The permission for multiplying money is kill.multiply. followed by whatever multiply you want. For example kill.multiply.5

The plugin will choose the highest value in case you have multiple ranks with different multipliers.
