Cocoa beans won't replant in set regions

    I've made a server that allows people to farm cocoa beans in a designated tier. Within that tier I've given a set region to protect the areas around the cocoa beans but still allow the player to harvest the cocoa beans. The only problem I've having with this, is that I can't figure out a way to allow the players to replant the beans as they harvest them.

    The set region flags are pvp = deny and build = allow

    Lol! Well just so you know I know that guy of which I posted that to. We're actually working on the same server. I was just playing with him so if you would be so kind to answer my question it would be much appreciated. ; )
