(client issue) Client connection lag

Well, having issues on my server and I have zero clue as of what is wrong. When I type any command in my client it goes into my servers console instantly, but it takes around 10 seconds for it to actually run on my client. Basically like my client is running 10 seconds behind everything else on my PC.. I am running on another server fine so I have no clue what is wrong. It's basically like the MC client is limiting my connection or something.. any clues of what is wrong?

Nevermind.. now it's happening with everybody, then bukkit spits out a bunch of network errors. No clue what's wrong.
