Citizens Trader Iconomy issue?

Ok so i got Citizens yesterday and even though its mostly working fine when i make a trader, it says that i do not have an economy?
yet i have iconomy downloaded
Now i know the first thing that comes to mind is if i have economy plugin in the config file set as true. as a matter of fact i do so thats what confuses me why doesn't it see iconomy???
What can i do to get it to work?

no problem, i find citizens is a brilliant plugin but atm quite temperamental, even with the correct settings, on occasion it stops using iConomy, and a reload is needed to add back the iConomy link, but during this time the items being sold are free, so can an eye on it.
