Citizens Quest without returning to the Quester

Sorry, if this is the wrong forum for that question. If it is, please tell me where I can get help for my Citizens problems (hp is down)!

Well, my problem is that I want to make a quest where you have to go to another quester (for a tutorial) BUT without going back to the quester, who gave the quest to the player. I really don't know how to manage that.. some ideas?

E: using CB 1.3.1R2, Citizens 1.2
