Citizens Quest set up help

    Hey all! I use citizens and i dont know how to make a quest in the config file.There is n example in the quest.yml file some one can write here an example? i need it really for my server.I use bukkit 1185 (1.8) and 1.1 citizens for conomy i use essentials

    cause i read the wiki too but i found nothing
