Filled /chip -- &4Dev!

    Suggested name: Chip

    What I want: I'd want a nice plugin that includes /chip and then replies dev.

    Ideas for commands: /chip

    Ideas for permissions: None! All the people need chips!

    When I'd like it by: Doesn't matter. This plugin is for my friend :p

    @ChipDev So wait, you want a plugin made by the community, for your friend, which replies with your name. I thought you were meant to be a developer? Why not make it yourself, frankly this is a waste of time and horribly useless.
