Solved ChestCommands Help

So im trying to startup a server that when you do /buy, a GUI comes up and displays perks. I want to know if there is a way to:

Buy a perk, then put a filer for it after it is bought. Ex: /fly command (25k) Once its bought, a red glass pane will take its place and say "You have already bought this item."

Buy a perk based on faction, Ex: Console gives players a faction powerboost for buying it. After it is bought, it is updates to be LV.2 and can be bought for more money as a higher power boost.

If none of this is possible, then I want to know if I can create a 9x6 GUI And put in rows that this item can be bought, in the image below. (Screenshot 32)

Each row with represent 1 perk example "Money multiplier boost" "x1, x1.1, x1.2, x1.3, etc"

If you need any info, respond here as im trying to explain this as best as I can.
