You have already made a Player Popper plugin, so I would assume you have some Java/Bukkit knowlege. I wouldn't think this would be to hard for you to make. If you cannot seem to do it, I will make it tomorrow.

You would need a chat plugin that does the /color and also acts as EssentialsChat (Group formating, etc)
Can you tell me what it is doing with essentials chat? I use it with essentials chat and it w orks just fine
So I can set it for certain users. With Essentials Chat I can only set it for certain groups. Never Mind I got SetMyChatColor to work I do not really know what the problem was I just reinstalled it/reloaded it and it worked.
