Question Chat rooms using Worldedit/Worldguard?

    Hi, it's me again.

    I need to create differents chat rooms and I was wondering if it's possible by using any worldguard region or even worldedit. I don't mind if I have to download a specific plugin for that, just tell me.

    What I'm exactly trying to do if you didn't understand me is to create a region and I want that region to have it's own chat, so people outside of this region cannot read the messages sent in it.
    I don't even know if this is possible, that's why asking.

    I've seen a plugin that can do it, but it's too old...
