Changed computer and now server stopped working

I desperately need help.

1.OS: Windows
2.Program files x86 but I run 64 bit so dont know which one you need?
3.Java version: 1.6.0_23-B05
4. I use Hamachi
5. Bukkit Number 740

8. No errors at all when I run but still I cant connect read further ->
9. Tried port forwarding cuz thought that might help in stead of hamachi changed ports and IP in config checked kinda all of the plug-ins checked for any errors
10. Removed all the plugins still does not work
Edit: Also tried replacing the RUN.bat with a new made one but there was a small chance that'd be it as it worked before and nothing changed I didnt update.

So past week I've been working on a server with 2 others and we started figuring out bukkit but I couldnt leave on my computer all night so I decided to run it on my laptop which I could move downstairs so I wouldnt be bother by the noise. Then after a while my laptop got to slow to handle the server because it kinda started crashing a lot so now Im trying to get it running on my main computer again (quad core 4GB RAM) so it wont lagg so I copied the whole map from the laptop to my Quad-core, changed the IP in the server.config asked friends to connect but it won't worked I checked everything so many times I oversaw my friend doing it and tried it myself with my laptop. I use hamachi for this because with my D-Link router I cant seem to get the port forwarding (or virtual server as it is on DLINK) right. So now nobody can connect anymore. And yes it did work on my Quad-core computer in the beginning.

start with minecraft_server.jar
that should work without having to chagne windows firewall, so you only configure your router
when working start bukkit and maybe edit friewall rules
when working add plugins.
