Change Server Teleport-Warp

Hey,

I have search on the forums and I have seen this:
--> Change between two world in the same server.

I'm looking for this:
--> Change between two world in TWO DIFFERENT servers.
So that you can teleport ingame with ingame command to another server, on another IP.

I don't know if this is possible.

I believe their is a plugin that allows for this already. Can't remember the name of it though

Eeh, try MultiServer . Sure does sound good Dunno if it exists.

Or 'Supah-Dupah Mega Teleport Between Servers Plugin Release'.

@Lolmewn probably just got lucky with multiserver, supah dupah always finds what your looking for, they should just add it as an quicksearch option

 

One used client modification, so not good.
The second, for another port + another IP the guide doesn't work after trying 3 hours
