Change player above name in 1.14 ?

Hi, I posted just before but I think I have to make another post for this one.
I've been looking how to change player's above head name but in 1.14.X and most of the posts about this are very old and none of the recent one are answering the question (no answers or just not the correct question) so I would like to know if there is a way to change player's above head name in 1.14
for the tablist and in chat it's ok but the PAHN isn't ok, I've tryied many things but none are working.
any help about this would be very cool ^^
