change group on death

    When a user is killed by a specific group then they themselves change group.
    For example [FBI] kills [WANTED] now the wanted becomes [BPrisoner]
    It teleports him to BPrisoner spawn becuase obviously he died.
    It could also send a message when killed saying "You have been arrested and transferred to a secure facility"
    Im using spigot 1.7.2
