Certain Plugins Arnt Uploading On Server

So i recently bought a server and everything has been good but i have noticed a couple plugins are getting uploaded to the server some of this Plugins are needed to run my server so i was wondering if you guys could help! I have the recommended 1.7.2 Bukkit and it still wasn't uploaded on so i then tried getting the 1.7.5 Bukkit Beta build and it still wasn't working so it isn't that also i made sure that i had the latest version of the plugin which is right here (http://dev.bukkit.org/bukkit-plugins/hub-essential/) ,If you guys could help me that'd be great Thanks!
