Suggested name: Caution

What I want: I would like this plugin to open a double chest gui and be able to show the players the more op kits so they can't be scammed through auctions or trades, this plugin should create the command /caution and /caution edit so I'm able to edit the chest once i start adding more armor/changing the enchants. here is an example of what i would like..

Ideas for commands: /Caution no perms, default to everyone
/Caution edit - caution.*, able to edit the GUI form in game, default to ops

Ideas for permissions: Caution.edit default to ops
