Question Cauldron / Bukkit server Essentials default /home permissions

Hello,
I run a very small cauldron server with bukkit and the essentials plugin, I do not use any particulair permissions plugin but I would like to give everyone the permission to use /sethome and /home. I made some servers earlier and with those it was default that everyone could use /home but now for some reasen only operators can use it. Is there some simple way to give everyone the /sethome and /home command.
