   Hey guys,
   
   I just came on a server, and the owner has a cape. While i don't have Spout! I cannot see the plugins, because they blocked it. And the owner doesnt want to say. So, any idea?

   i think i dont understand your question
   
   but there is plugin for spout + spoutcraft which will allow you to change your and every 1 on the server player skin and cape

   Look, i just came on a server. I don't have SpoutCraft installed. But i saw the owner having a (moving) cape. It was a little bit buggy, but still.
