Ok i have tried to change my spawn so many times, i have deleted MultiVerse to see if that was causing it but is still isn't working. When i type /spawn it works and takes me to the right spawn but when new users join they get taken to a random place in my world. I was having trouble with that awhile ago, I had to mess with the multiverse config and set it so that multiverse doesn't handle the spawn points in the world. I also switched to SpawnX. EDIT Looking at your problem, it seems that Multiverse is handling the global spawnpoint and ExactSpawn doesn't handle new players spawning.
