Problem/Bug Can't get rid of Absorption hearts

    As the title said, I can't get rid of the yellow hearts the absorption effects gives you. I have tried re-logging, restarting my PC, restarting my server, and even changing computers, but they are still stuck there. I have done the /effect clear command, but even that doesn't work. Worst of all, it is bringing me down to 5 FPS. Any help would be appreciated

    Yes. I used UberEnchants to give myself the effect, and even their clearing command didn't work
