Cant find a specific plugin

I cant find a spawn plugin that doesnt change much other than allowing me to set a spawn that players joining the server for the 1st time are put at, then when they die again later, they are spawned at my other spawn. For example I have a tutorial room set up showing people how to make shops and enter lotteries and such, but I want only new players to have to go there, and then later on if they want to get back, they can take a portal from my other plugin back to the room.

 

setup permissions, and at the end of the tutorial, have like a command sign or button or something that will automatically promote them to the 'default' rank, which isnt the default but will be the rank that all the regular users will be. Then just set the individual spawn points for the different ranks.
