I have tried every permission node and config option I can think of. none seem to have an effect. My server is running Bukkit 1580 something, (latest before the RC1 that just launched) PermissionsEX Essentials PVP Arena World Edit Residence iConomy citizens Chopt Tree Droptree Lockette Authme Superlog ChestShop iChat mobileAdmin Thats all the plugins I use and all have PVP set to true, even in the server config file that doesnt use bukkit is set to true. Start server login no PVP. For any group including admin. Try in nether and end and also PVP. Try setting up a pvp arena and starting a Death Match, no PVP. try checking the server console for any errors when someone either trys to hit one another or when someone logs in or out. if any errors are there post them here so I can check them.
