Plugin Request Can't Drop armor or tools.

Basicly all it does it makes the user unable to drop armor once equiped
(there should be like a lore saying): The lores should be &7(Gray) or changeable in the config.
"(Bound once equipped!)" - Not Equiped yet and can be dropped can be changed in the config.
"(This item is bound to you!)" - Equiped and can't be dropped. can be changed in the config.
There should be permissions to bypass that if possible.
