   Help! I am Co-Owner on a server and op but I can't build , but I can break?
   
   I could place blocks before.
   
   It's not the spawn area protection.
   
   I don't have access to console/properties

   Check if the co-owner's group can build or no in groups.yml

   You most likely have a plugin that is interfering with the BlockPlaceEvent. Post all the plugins you currently have.
