Can't build? Am I missing a permission? Posting perm+Plugins

    Hi, so whenever I go on my server I find that I can't build.. it wasn't like this last night. I don't know what changed.. so I'll just post my permissions + plugins list.

    Maybe it's worldguard? I don't know really.

    your missing the modify world plugin unless you just didnt type it on the list..
