Letting you know now that no one will be willing to do this. I'd like to suggest that you go on YouTube and type "how to use PermissionsEx" and learn how permissions work and whatnot. This is good so that you will be able to work on your server yourself instead of having to rely on help from others as much, which can be crucial if something is wrong and needs to be fixed right away.

As for your Essentials, if you're on 1.8 or higher then go here and get it:
