can i host 100 players without lag ?

    i just buy a new host

    Intel Xeon E5620 @2.40GHz Turbo at 2.66Ghz
    Ram 16GB
    Windows Server 2008 R2
    SSD 120gb

    with this spec,mod,plugins,command can host 100 player or more without lag?
    or i would to optimize java in other way?

    EDIT/////

    testing on 40 player
    TPS drop to ~15 oh god why

    Are you running on your own internet connection or a paid game server? I think Bandwidth is going to be your biggest concern.
