I have a plugin that changes the prefix before player names. Am I allowed to make it so that on my name, I get the prefix [Developer]. Or do I have to allow the Server owner to set it to true or false boolean. Any help is appreciated Thanks.
Unfortunately I cannot help you with this, but you may find someone who can if you change the title of this post to "Player Prefixes Help" or something of the sort. Also, what plugin are you using to change player prefixes; these are usually unnecessary as most permissions managers have a prefix feature.
Are you asking if something is possible or, if you are required to "allow the server owner to set it to true or false"
Sorry, I may of not explained it properly. I am making a plugin, where I'm setting it so that I have the prefix Developer whenever I join the game on a server. Can I do this?
Oh okay so you are asking if it is okay to give your specific user a title on other peoples server? I think this is fine I just would tell people somewhere on your page. I know for awhile group manager had it so that the authors were mods/admins when they joined so you will probably be okay.
