can bukkit error messages get anymore useless....

    Like this one... "SEVERE Chunk file at -99,-13 is in the wrong location; relocating. (Expected -99, -13, got -99, -12)"

    Can someone explain which world this chunk error is...

    it's the normal world and it's a location in the normal world

    and those coordinates.. those aren't the normal cords am used to seeing in minecraft

    Those are chunk coordinates. Chunks are typically only represented by their X and Z coords, as a single chunk covers the whole range of Y coords, from void to sky limit.

    This may or may not be an error that you need to worry about. From experience, I'd suggest you make sure you are not out of disk space, as that can cause a host of issues.

    Also, this is not a Bukkit error message. The code that generates this message is part of the vanilla Minecraft Server code, and is not modified by Bukkit.
